In addition, Australia Post offers accessible, affordable and reliable services to all Australians, wherever they reside. The company also has limited liability for damaged parcels, which some competitors do not offer.
Australia Post also offers range of service in which other competitors does not offer such as agency services, retail merchandise and parcel and logistic that compass both domestic and international market
Project Overview
The foundation of Australia Post's credibility lies in the trust of the public. To enhance user engagement and improve usability, it is imperative to preserve and uphold the existing layout and user experience. However, there are a few modifications that can be made to the original website to further optimize its usability.

The goal is to simplify the website homepage, header, navigation system, and improving the user experience by making it easier to locate essential information.

After analysis the current page, it became obvious that the website would benefit from alteration. From the resaerch the user were finding it difficult to understand how the website work. So we remove unnecessary information at the header.
