Redesign Invisible Illness Website
Invisible Illness is non-Government organisation that help to spread awareness about disabilities and illness that aren't immediately apparent
Project Overview
The current website was designed to empower people with invisible illnesses by helping them navigate stigma and judgment.
Invisible illness encompass a braod range of condition, including heart disease, diabetes, dementia, psychiatric illness, and even cancer
However, the site lacks organisation and clarity, making it difficult for users to find the information and resources they need.
My Role
I participate as UX/UI Designer, the member of design team.
Project Duration
Three weeks.

Figma, usability hub, Google form and sheet.

User research, User persona, card sorting, visual design.

In Order to gain more insight about the website and to achieve our goal, we conducted five interviews.

Key Findings
1. I think website need redesign and appealing to visit. Reduce non- necessary information, only show important one.
2. No very well organise and difficult to find information you are looking for.
3. I don't think it is doing a good job because like I said, it doesn't look real so i would just go back and search for a different support group.
5. user think the website is too wordy and overall difficult to navigate
Based on the our findings we focus on :
1. An intuitive structure structure and navigation for user-friendliness.

3. Clarity when looking for medical information
